Colet is a family winery. The Colet family has been working the vineyards since 1783, when they took care of the lands and the barnyard animals of the farm house “Romaní” in Sant Martí Sarroca.
In 1984 the Colet family acquired the lands they have worked for centuries and took over the entire winemaking process, from the vineyard to the bottle.
They manage their own organic production and Colet wines are well valued and internationally represented. Their “Clàssic Penedès” organic sparkling wines are made with hard work and respect for their lands, elaborated with traditional method, 100% reserva and from Penedès.
