No longer relegated to aperitifs or toasts, Champagnes and sparkling wines in their full range of expression can be expertly paired with an extraordinary range of foods. We can’t wait for our renowned chefs to demonstrate the full potential of bubbles with food.
We are also excited to be working with a team of top-tier sommeliers selected from some of America’s best restaurants. Watch this space as we select the EFFERVESCENCE sommelier team, to be on hand at the various master classes, tastings and gourmet meals throughout the weekend.
