Much like those who seduce while respecting all codes, the Cellar Masters, Emilien Boutillat, strive to produce new and original cuvees in the tradition of the House founder who wanted “to create wines that smile”. Piper-Heidsieck stands out today as the most awarded Champagne House of the century*. It is also regularly feted at the most renowned international competitions such as the Decanter World Wine Awards and Mundus Vini. Throughout the years, it has gradually passed along the unique House style to the entire Tasting Committee. A mutual passion brings these wine alchemists together around exceptional crus sourced primarily from the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Bar, wines behind the House excellence, produced thanks to the unique expertise of the House’s partner winemakers, some of whom have served Piper-Heidsieck for three generations.
