Champagne Jean Diot is made from 13.5 Hectares of vines in the hills above the village of Vinay, just outside of Epernay. Jean Phillipe Diot is a second generation vigneron though the family has been farming in Champagne for over 300 years. Jean Phillipe makes a wide range of cuvees, and the house style leans towards low dosage with exceptional crispness and bright, lovely chardonnay driven wines.
