The Champagne climate being especially fickle from one year to another, the secret of maintaining style resides in “Reserve Wines”. Responsible for 20 to 50% of the blend, these “Reserve Wines” are already blended wines from the year before that themselves include 20 to 50% blend from the year before… since 1985! In the BRUNO PAILLARD cellars, “Reserve Wines” are kept in small barrels and in tanks. Thanks to this method, BRUNO PAILLARD Multi–Vintages Champagnes are recognised to offer consistency at a great level of quality.
