Honor Chervin

Honor got her start in the wine business tending bar at Bear’s Lair Pub while studying Sociology at University of California, Berkeley. After college ended, the Sociology store wasn’t hiring, so she continued working in restaurants around the Bay Area.

A stint as a hostess at À Cöte Restaurant under the guidance of Jeff Berlin sparked her interest in unique varietals and the world of wine. After becoming a server, she began her sommelier studies with the Court of Master Sommeliers, completing the Certified exam.

She continued her studies of domestic wine at One Market, working under Tonya Pitts, as well as Michael Mina under Evan Hufford.

She moved home to Los Angeles and began selling wine for Regal Wine Company, now calling on restaurants as the Key Accounts Manager.
