Liz Davar is the West Coast Regional Sales Manager for Giorgio Rivetti’s import company, Indigenous Selections.
She started her career in the wine industry in 2006 as the opening Sommelier at Terra Rossa inside the Red Rock Casino and Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Sommelier, she also worked for N9ne Group, Carnevino Italian Steakhouse inside the Palazzo Resort, and Lupa by Mario Batali in Hong Kong, China.
Previously she worked in distribution with Wirtz Beverage Nevada working first with Jackson Family Fine Wines before moving to their Trilogy Fine Wine team.
