The 2018 edition of Effervescence wrapped up on Saturday night with a festive Champagne Gala Dinner, Paulée-style, where attendees brought and shared their most treasured bottles of Champagne and sparkling wine. Leading Champagne expert Richard Juhlin guided us through the evening as our distinguished MC. The Champagne Gala Dinner featured the cuisine of Walter Manzke, and guests of the gala were treated to a thoughtfully created meal prepared by Chef and his acclaimed team.
Our sommelier team was on-hand to assist at what promises to be an epic evening of feasting and toasting…and toasting some more. Bottles were handled by experienced professionals in a temperature-controlled setting.
