In 1989, François Chidaine moved to Montlouis-sur-Loire and begun his exploration of chenin blanc – the other great white grape of the Loire Valley.  His commitment to biodynamic farming techniques and a passion for the region’s terroir have resulted in what many consider to be the very finest Crémants de la Loire.  The exceptional wines of Chidaine can hold their own against any of the world’s finest bubblies.
