DUBL

DUBL was born from the desire of Feudi di San Gregorio to experiment the Champenoise Method on native Campania grapes (Greco, Aglianico and Falanghina), which show a natural “sparkling vocation” enriched by an irreverent and jovial character. In seeking a consulting winemaker, they looked not “just a technician” but a winemaker with a philosophy and experience in transferring to wines the soul of a terroir. Feudi di San Gregorio found this unique expertise in Anselme Selosse. Falanghina, Aglianico, and Greco di Tufo are selected from 723 small vineyard plots for the production of DUBL. All wines are made in the traditional method with the Brut the Rosado aging at least 18 months and the + a minimum of 24 months sur lie.
