What is wine without food?  At EFFERVESCENCE, we firmly believe that Champagne and sparkling wines are the perfect complement to ANY food, from street vendors to haute cuisine.  No longer relegated to aperitifs or toasts, Champagnes and sparkling wines in their full range of expression can be expertly paired with an extraordinary range of foods.

As we begin our celebration in Los Angeles, we are deeply honored to welcome three of our city’s very best – Chefs Walter Manzke,  Casey Lane and Kevin Meehan – as our 2018 EFFERVESCENCE festival chefs.
